Adella is a Medusa who lives the ruins north from the bandit forest. Her tears are needed for the anti-petrification scroll. According to Mage Karan, she has a very sensitive and gentle-hearted personality. Her pet bat named Jeppy guards her house from anyone who comes into her house. Lucio, Lydia, and Candace are annoyed by Jeppy and ran into some basilisks and flesh golems. When the party approached her, she was crying and Jeppy warned her and she believes the party is going to torture her even they weren't. Unable to forgive them, she starts attacking them. After she defeated, she begs the party to find her mirror which stolen by one of the bandits names Calyx. He is possession of her mirror which is given by her mother. After the mirror was returned, she was happy to have it back and finally gave her tears to the party in order for Mage Karan to create the anti-petrification scroll.
At Mount Olympus, there is another Medusa is that similar to her named Test Subject Azella. While she and Azella are the not same Medusa the party meets, Azella's attacks are the same and says "I won't forgive of any you!" to the party when she spreads out poison.
